​Growing up in South Florida, stomping through the swamps of the Everglades and fishing the back country (flats of Biscayne Bay), there was always the need for a good quality knife.  As time went on, a good quality knife was getting hard to find and this set the stage for my passion.  Shortly after attending a local knife show and admiring all the quality handmade cutlery, I was hooked.  With a background of metal fabrication and an inherent desire to tinker, I embarked on creating my own knife. Before I realized it, my teenage son was showing the same passion for knife making as I had.  Together we started forging some high-quality knives and people started taking notice.  Thus, out of our shop on our family property in Homestead Florida, Adams Forged Custom Cutlery was born.  Since then we have consistently produced what we feel is some of the finest cutlery and woodworking around. We are excited to bring these unique knives and wood creations to your home.
